Job Title: Operations Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an Operations Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving our essential infrastructure.

This includes operating plant and equipment, carrying out repairs, and ensuring compliance with water quality, environmental, and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Operating and maintaining water and sewer assets to ensure reliable services.
  • Providing excellent field-based experience and customer care during service disruptions.
  • Logging and reporting service updates and maintenance actions using our in-house reporting system.
  • Ensuring all work adheres to safety standards and organisational policies.
  • Continuously improving processes and contributing ideas to improve operations.
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams and external service providers.
Requirements:
  • Strong customer focus and communication skills to resolve inquiries effectively, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Experience in practical, hands-on work in operational environments within utilities or similar industries.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • A strong commitment to safety and a positive work culture.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., Cert III in Network Operations) and licenses (e.g., First Aid, Confined Space).
