Facilities Manager Opportunity
">At JLL, we are seeking a skilled facilities manager to lead the delivery of comprehensive facilities management services for our clients. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal building performance, occupant satisfaction, and operational excellence across managed properties.
">Key responsibilities include leading facilities management operations including maintenance, security, cleaning, and other essential services to ensure safe, functional, and efficient environments. You will also develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, reporting, and proactive issue resolution.
">Manage facilities staff and service providers, ensuring compliance with contracts, service level agreements, and performance standards. Oversee the implementation and monitoring of health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure regulatory compliance and occupant wellbeing.
">Direct maintenance programs for building systems and equipment to optimize performance and extend useful life. Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery, reduce costs, or improve sustainability performance.
">To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, business administration, or a related field. You will also require 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in facilities management.
">A professional certification in facilities management is highly desirable. Experience managing multiple property types or complex facilities is also an advantage. Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and service providers are required.
">Proven track record of successful client relationship management and excellent financial management abilities including budgeting and cost control are also key requirements. Experience with CAFM/CMMS systems and facilities management software is necessary.
