Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Facilities Management Expert to play a pivotal role in our world-class film studio. This critical position is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of the studio from technical systems and maintenance through to safety and sustainability.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations, safety, and readiness across the site, encompassing facility maintenance, production support, smart systems management, sustainability leadership, compliance & safety, contract oversight, emergency planning, team leadership, and continuous improvement.
About You:
  • You will ideally bring a strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) - a trade or technical qualification is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • You should have at least 5 years' experience in facilities or asset management with proven vendor oversight.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and hands-on technical capability are crucial.
  • WHS certification or a willingness to obtain one is required.
  • Forklift, Telehandler, EWP/Boom lifts, IPAF (ideally holding or willing to work towards) certifications are also preferred.
  • Experience in screen, event, or entertainment infrastructure is a significant advantage.
