We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. This is a key position within our organization, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, with experience in managing teams, overseeing maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting regular inspections to ensure that all facilities are operating efficiently and effectively;
- Managing maintenance and repair schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance;
- Coordinating with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials;
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement;
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration;
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in facilities management, preferably in a senior or leadership role;
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems and infrastructure;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
