Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Activity Coordinator to join our team in Arnhem Land. As an Activity Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities that promote social cohesion, education, and community development.


Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver activities that cater to diverse interests and needs of the community
  • Collaborate with community members, staff, and stakeholders to identify program requirements and goals
  • Maintain accurate records of activity attendance, participation, and feedback

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in community development, event management, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

  • An estimated annual salary of $59,000 - $69,000 based on experience
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including 7 weeks' annual leave, 17.5% leave loading, and 13.5% superannuation

Location and Duration

This fixed-term contract is based in a remote Aboriginal community in Arnhem Land, NT. The successful applicant must be willing to relocate and commit to the full duration of the contract.
