Executive Administrator for Aboriginal Communities

Are you driven by a passion to help make a meaningful impact in the Northern Territory? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Executive Administrator for our Aboriginal communities.
The role involves providing administration support for Regional, Executive and Full Council meetings. You will be responsible for record keeping, logistics, and travel arrangements. Your ability to confidently and respectfully communicate with people across the organisation, Traditional Owners, constituents, and members of the general public is essential.
To be successful in this role, you will have excellent time management and organisational skills, as well as strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail. A Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar qualification is preferred, along with relevant experience working in a similar role.
This is an identified Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander position, and we encourage applicants from these backgrounds to apply. The base salary for this role is $66,333 per annum, plus superannuation and benefits.
