Warehouse Specialist Opportunity

This role is responsible for supporting the Parts Logistics function by ensuring alignment with global logistics standards.

The specialist will be responsible for assessing AIMS cases raised by dealers, investigating and processing their credit claims daily, requesting and inspecting returned parts from dealers, approving and finalising credits for payment, and reporting on high value damage claims.

Liaising with Warehouse and Transport Supplier to resolve Dealer issues such as order discrepancies, damaged parts, late deliveries, misdirected freight and credit returns is also a key aspect of this role.

Conduct quality checks on outbound orders, liaising with warehouse supervisor on outbound operational, stock integrity, service and quality issues, and working with other departments regarding special requirements are all part of this role.

Creating and maintaining reporting for both internal and external stakeholders that is relative, informative and builds a better customer experience is a critical component of this position.

Knowledge of VW, Skoda and Audi parts for daily inventory operations, credits, accounts, quality or administration experience are essential for this role. Strong commitment to follow-ups for the latest updates on various logistics compliance issues and previous experience with auditing, quality assurance and reporting are desirable.
