The OpportunityAs an Accountant, you will play an important part in enabling our organisation's next phase of growth. You will be an integral part of the broader team and be mentored by Partners to help you grow into leadership positions. Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with Partners and team members to deliver client projects on time
- Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients in collaboration with Partners
- Contribute to staff training, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Prepare and review Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for various entities
- Lead and review the preparation of BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for multiple companies and trusts
- Liaise with statutory authorities on behalf of clients
- Participate in training seminars, team meetings and social events
- Deliver exceptional service to our clients
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice
- Chartered Accountant qualification or in progress
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or similar
- Expertise in accounting software, including MYOB AE, HowNow, Active Ledger, APS, MYOB, Xero and Quickbooks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients
- Proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic
