Skilled Nursing Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to provide high-quality care to our residents in a rural setting.

You will be part of a small, close-knit team delivering person-centred nursing care that supports residents' wellbeing.
- Provide exceptional nursing care that prioritizes residents' health and wellbeing
- Guide and mentor Care Assistants in daily care delivery
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement best practice standards
- Work within the scope of your role, maintaining accountability for delegated care
- Administer medications and perform nursing interventions in line with policy and legislation
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health and functional status
- Contribute to care planning, documentation, and evaluation processes
- Ensure timely and accurate communication across the care team
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
- At least 6 months experience in Aged Care as an Enrolled Nurse
- A genuine passion for providing person-centred care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Deliver high-quality, individualised nursing care that prioritises residents' health and wellbeing.
Leadership and MentorshipGuide and mentor Care Assistants in daily care delivery, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
