Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts receivable and payable

Enter and oversee material orders in QuickBooks; track percent of completion

Process payroll for contractors and manage reconciliations

Handle bill entry, use tax, and reporting

Support project oversight with financial tracking and reporting

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

  • Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online
  • Self-driven, highly organized

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Prior experience with construction or project-based financial tracking
