A day in the life:
The SMSF Graduate Accountant is an entry role where knowledge obtained through tertiary study meets practical skills, and rapid on-the-job learning. You will join a team of graduate accountants and start with:
- Data entry and processing as you find your way around our systems
- Reviewing financial information and learning how to work with our partners, regulators, clients and internal stakeholders
- Preparing business activity statements and raising client queries
- Accessing our inhouse training and study support
- Regular development and performance feedback helping you own your career progression.
About You
Working closely with other SMSF accounting and client relationship professionals, this role will allow you to realise your potential by leveraging your:
- Current or recently completed study in accounting
- Love of new technology and systems (we love a workflow)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Great communication skills
- Strong eye for detail
- Ability to speak up and ask for help or information when you need it
We are looking for recent graduates or part way through a commerce or accounting degree.
Ability to work Full time hours is preferred, however we will consider casual options and provide flexibility while completing your studies.
