Customer Service Team Member Job Description
Our team members are the face of Bunnings, always prepared to give it a red hot go.
They provide a friendly and helpful service to everyone who walks through our doors, making sure every experience counts.
Our customers are met with passionate team members ready to provide the tools and advice on a wide range of products and services to help make their DIY dream a reality.
This role will require you be available at nights to ensure we provide the best experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide our customers with the best experience across the store.
- Be responsible for stock management, whilst ensuring a clean and tidy work environment.
- Serve customers via our checkout registers.
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for customer experience.
- To be able to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers.
- An eagerness to learn about products and services.
- To act with integrity, be safe and do your best.
- The availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends).
