About the Role:

This position plays a vital role in ensuring project delivery teams are equipped to manage schedules effectively. We require an experienced professional who can allocate resources efficiently, plan ahead and monitor apprentice training outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, review and maintain schedules using contemporary scheduling systems.
  • Coordinate multiple projects and future pipelines to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and training teams to schedule apprentices for competency achievement.
  • Maintain program dashboards and provide accurate reporting on schedules and resource utilisation.
  • Consult with stakeholders to resolve resourcing issues and escalate where required.

About You:

You will bring strong experience in project management, ideally within construction or large project environments, along with advanced data analysis skills. Your ability to interpret complex project documentation, build relationships and communicate effectively will be essential to success in this role.

Project Management

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project Professional and Project Web App (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in project scheduling and coordination.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
