The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer service by managing vehicle deliveries, facilitating onboarding, resolving inquiries, and maintaining excellent vehicle presentation standards.
Key duties include delivering vehicles to clients in a timely and efficient manner, providing top-notch customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction, coordinating vehicle logistics for smooth operations, preparing cars for hire through thorough detailing, and assisting with the onboarding process for new clients.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Deliver high-quality customer service resulting in increased client satisfaction ratings.
- Ensure timely and efficient vehicle delivery, minimizing delays and disruptions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, vehicle condition, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall operational efficiency.
