We are seeking a skilled Breakfast/Brunch Chef to join our team on a 6-week contract. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced chef to take charge of our breakfast and brunch services, covering staff leave and contributing to the growth of our busy specialty café in Chermside, QLD.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Run smooth breakfast/brunch service, including preparing made-to-order dishes for customers.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
  • Support prep and stock management, ensuring timely delivery of fresh produce and quality control.
  • Work effectively as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a breakfast/brunch kitchen is essential.
  • Proven ability to work independently and lead teams with confidence.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail skills, ensuring seamless delivery of dishes.
  • Must hold current Food Safety Certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships within the team.
