As a Senior Delivery Coordinator, you'll be part of the Cloud Business Office team - a cross-functional team enabling public cloud adoption, migration & operation within TMR.

As a Senior Delivery Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering small to medium ICT initiatives across the I&CM pipeline.
Working closely with technical teams, customers and stakeholders, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic outcomes.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to Queensland's digital transformation agenda while supporting TMR's mission to deliver innovative and sustainable transport solutions.
In this role, you will:
• Lead the delivery of multiple ICT initiatives using Agile, Scrum, and ITIL methodologies.
• Manage project activities, coordinate resources, and ensure timelines are met to achieve defined outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency.
• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and blockers to delivery teams, stakeholders and the Principal Delivery Lead.
• Work closely with CBO stakeholders, including TMR business units, ITB technical teams, Strategy and Architecture, Information Security, and third-party vendors, to ensure sustainable delivery and handover.
• Contribute to strategic planning and support BAU activities, such as service catalogue updates, security audits, and process documentation.
• Actively lead continuous improvement initiatives across the I&CM section and assist with other duties as required.
Your Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience in ICT project delivery, ideally within the Queensland Government or similar environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and ITIL frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities effectively.
• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
• A formal qualification in Project Management or a related discipline would be advantageous.
