- Monitor and control mining operations using advanced technology and remote systems.
- Manage and optimise truck fleet to support safety, production and cost outcomes.
- Analyse real-time data and implement operational adjustments to maximise efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and cost-effectiveness.
- This is a Brisbane-based position working a 7on/7off rotating day night roster.
- The contract is for up to 12 months.
What You'll Bring
- Experience with Fleet Management and/or Autonomous Haulage Systems.
- Experience using Caterpillar MINESTAR or Modular Mining Systems DISPATCH is an advantage.
- Proven experience in mining operations, preferably in a remote operations centre or similar environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
