Lead Mine Operations

The Organization is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead and manage a team of Mine Controllers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Mine Controllers
  • Report to the Superintendent of Mine Control
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff at all times

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Optimize autonomous haulage systems
  • Deliver production schedule in accordance with 24 hour plan
  • Reduce variability and downtime

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years supervising Mine Controllers
  • 4+ years in mine controller role
  • CAT fleet management system experience

About You

**To be successful in this role, you must possess**: A proactive, engaging and ambitious attitude. Must be able to work and sustain a 7/7 FIFO (or DIDO) roster.
