Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Mine Operations Manager to join our Remote Operations Centre team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and controlling mining operations using advanced technology and remote systems from the ROC facility. They will also be responsible for managing and optimizing our Truck fleet to support safety, production, and cost outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and Controlling Mining Operations: The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and controlling mining operations using advanced technology and remote systems from the ROC facility.
  • Truck Fleet Management: They will also be responsible for managing and optimizing our Truck fleet to support safety, production, and cost outcomes.
  • Data Analysis and Implementation: The candidate will analyze real-time data and implement operational adjustments as needed to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaboration and Communication: They will collaborate with various departments to resolve operational issues and improve processes.

Requirements:

  • Fleet Management Experience: The successful candidate should have experience with Fleet Management and/or Autonomous Haulage Systems.
  • Technical Skills: Experience using Caterpillar MINESTAR or Modular Mining Systems DISPATCH is advantageous.
  • Operational Experience: Proven experience in mining operations, preferably in a remote operations centre or similar environment.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
