As a key member of our Merchandise team, you will oversee and optimize the product portfolio, fostering strong relationships with suppliers and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate customer needs and deliver a diverse product range that fits busy lifestyles.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers and foster lasting relationships.
  • Create and implement impactful promotional programs and activations.
  • Monitor and optimize performance, delivering key KPIs weekly.
  • Lead a small team of Occasions Category Managers and provide guidance on category-related matters.
