About the Role:
We are seeking a senior-level professional to lead our hardware category business. As Category Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our hardware portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a category strategy that meets customer needs and drives business results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of category plans.
- Lead a team of sales reps to achieve sales targets and drive category growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers to drive business outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform category decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in category management, preferably in the hardware industry.
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data to inform category decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel frequently, with a focus on interstate travel.
