We are seeking a Senior Peer Wellbeing Worker to lead our wellbeing team and shape the future of mental health and wellbeing in Queensland.

Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of peer wellbeing navigators to support and represent people impacted by mental illness, psychological distress, and substance use or addiction.
- Carry a small caseload of participants, providing service navigation and linking participants to relevant therapy services.
- Personal experience of mental distress and accessing and navigating health services, including mental health services.
- Certificate IV Mental Health Peer Work, SHARC Peer Worker Training, Intentional Peer Support, or willingness to complete.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in a peer worker or leadership role.
- National Police Check.
- Current Working with Children Check - employment.
- NDIS Workers Screening check.
- Evidence of right to work in Australia.
- 100 points of identification.
- NDIS Workers Orientation module certificate – free online course.
