Senior Mental Health Specialist

As a senior specialist, you will provide high-quality psychiatry services to consumers of the mental health service and lead clinical teams. This role may also involve working across various hospitals and clinics in Central Queensland.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate comprehensive mental healthcare across different settings, including prisons, courts, inpatient facilities, and community centers.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver specialized mental healthcare.
- Maintain ongoing professional development and adhere to relevant registration and accreditation standards.
- A Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent, with eligibility for medical registration in Australia.
- Registration or eligibility for Specialist Registration in Psychiatry with the Australian Health Practitioner Agency (AHPRA).
- Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP).
