Exciting HR role opportunity available for a highly motivated and experienced HR professional to join our team as a HR Superintendent.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract that offers the chance to work across multiple sites, develop your skills in change management and leadership, and make a real impact on our business success.

  • Actively promote and lead cultural change initiatives
  • Manage large scale change management processes
  • Partner with stakeholders to achieve targets
  • Address people-related grievances efficiently
  • Support leaders on performance management, employee case management, and recruitment

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years generalist HR experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience working in the Mining and Heavy Industry sectors (desirable)
