Job Overview

This is a key opportunity for a skilled HR professional to work on strategic and operational initiatives across multiple sites, supporting a diverse workforce and collaborating with leaders to drive meaningful change.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance to managers and employees at multiple locations.
  • Lead the recruitment process from job design to selection and support culture-building initiatives, engagement programs, and organisational change.
  • Drive continuous improvement through HR projects and data insights, and champion effective governance and compliance across all HR practices.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in human resources, business, or a related field are essential.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or agriculture.
  • A solid understanding of Australian employment law and HR best practices is required.
