HR Generalist Role

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR professional to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will be a trusted point of contact for managers and employees, providing practical guidance on everything from recruitment and onboarding to performance development and employee relations.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and development
  • Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees on employment law, policies, and procedures
  • Assist with employee relations matters and policy interpretation, including grievance handling and disciplinary procedures
  • Coordinate HR reporting, analytics, and compliance activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Support HR projects including diversity and inclusion initiatives, engagement surveys, and other programs that promote a positive work environment
  • Manage HR administration tasks, including contract preparation, payroll inputs, and system updates, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead talent acquisition activities, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building talent pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent
