Customer Service Representative

Our Community Banking model operates on a shared revenue approach, focusing on driving local growth and fostering meaningful relationships.

As a Customer Relationship Officer, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences by meeting customers' end-to-end banking needs. Your role is to assist customers with inquiries, educate them about our online platforms, and recommend products and services that best suit their requirements.

  • You will design solutions that meet customers' needs, objectives, and interests.
  • Develop an expert understanding of customers' current and future goals.
  • Provide personalized lending solutions, exploring tailored personal loans and credit card options to help customers achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to build connections and support the community.

This is a permanent, full-time position located in Nightcliff. The roster is 76 hours per fortnight.

Key requirements include:

  • Proven ability to achieve sales results through solutions that truly meet customers' needs.
  • Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face-to-face and over the phone.
  • The ability to quickly build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Eagerness to understand and share what makes our bank different.
  • Drive for collaboration - mateship is crucial for us to work together and achieve our goals.
  • Experience in consumer lending - a plus but not essential.
