  • Support customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs as we continue to innovate our offerings
  • Be the go-to person for customers with queries or issues, handling transactions, cash, investigations, or paperwork while prioritizing risk considerations
About You:
  • You have experience in a customer service environment and the ability to meet targets
  • Strong attention to detail ensures secure and accurate transactions with a risk-aware mindset
  • You are confident in communicating with new and existing customers face-to-face and over the phone
