The Financial Services Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting operations across South Australia and the Northern Territory. This position is responsible for providing a broad range of financial services, encompassing budget preparation, financial forecasting, and report production.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with budget holders to develop comprehensive budgets and financial forecasts.
- Preparing accurate and timely financial reports, complete with analysis and explanatory commentary.
- Providing technical support to administrative staff in the use of financial systems.
- E nsuring compliance with financial policies and procedures across the organization.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage priorities under minimal supervision.
- Relevant tertiary qualification or advanced diploma with substantial experience, or an equivalent combination of education and training.
- Proven experience in preparing accurate and timely financial reports.
- Strong attention to detail with proficiency in record keeping, data entry, and spreadsheet management.
