About the Role:
This is a pivotal position in promoting change and accountability for men who have used violence in their relationships.

We provide timely, compassionate and expert care that strengthens wellbeing and connection across NSW.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate group programs to promote positive behavioural change.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering trauma-informed care.
Requirements:
- Formal graduate qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with families affected by domestic and family violence.
- Strong understanding of MBC practice and the dynamics of domestic and family violence.
