You'll play a pivotal role in creating a therapeutic group environment to promote change and accountability for men who have used violence in their relationships.
You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering trauma-informed care and fostering positive behavioural change.

Calculate Your Savings at you'll bring:Formal graduate qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, or a related disciplinePost-graduate qualifications in counselling, trauma, group work or MBC practice are highly desirableMinimum of 3 years of experience working with families affected by domestic and family violence, including facilitating group work or MBC programsStrong understanding of MBC practice, trauma-informed care principles, and the dynamics of domestic and family violenceGroup facilitation skills, particularly in men's behaviour change programs (desirable)Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others and foster relationships based on mutual respect and equalityHigh-level therapeutic skills that focus on empathy within a goal oriented program and accountability frameworkWhy work with us?
