We are seeking a skilled facilitator to play a pivotal role in promoting change and accountability for men who have used violence in their relationships.

About the Role">

This is an opportunity to make a genuine difference to the lives of individuals, couples, and families affected by domestic and family violence.

As our facilitator, you will co-facilitate the Taking Responsibility group program, working with men who use violence in an accredited Men's Behaviour Change Group Program.

You will need to have a sound understanding of the gendered nature of family and domestic violence and an ability to effectively assess and respond to risk of harm, for all affected victim survivors.

Collaboration with co-facilitators and the wider Family Safety team is essential to provide interventions that facilitate behavioural change and promote safe and healthy relationships.
