Job Title: Male Behaviour Change Facilitator

Play a pivotal role in promoting positive behavioural change and accountability for men who have used violence in their relationships.

About the Role
  • Co-facilitate the ‘Behavioural Change’ group as part of the Men’s Programme.
  • Develop a therapeutic group environment to promote positive change and accountability for men who have used violence in their relationships.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a sound understanding of the gendered nature of family and domestic violence.
  • Be able to effectively assess and respond to risk of harm, for all affected individuals.
  • Collaborate with co-facilitators and the wider team to provide interventions that facilitate positive behavioural change and promote safe and healthy relationships.

This is an excellent opportunity for a facilitator to contribute to meaningful change in the lives of men and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • To work collaboratively with the programme team to develop and deliver high-quality facilitation services.
  • Assessing and responding to individual needs and circumstances.
  • Building and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
