Relationships Facilitator

This is a pivotal role in promoting change and accountability for men who have used violence in their relationships.
The ideal candidate will facilitate the Taking Responsibility group program as part of the Men's Behaviour Change (MBC) program, working with men who use violence in an accredited Men's Behaviour Change Group Program.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-facilitate group work or MBC programs for men affected by domestic and family violence.
- Collaborate with co-facilitators and the wider team to provide interventions that facilitate behavioural change and promote safe and healthy relationships.
The successful candidate will have a sound understanding of the gendered nature of family and domestic violence and an ability to effectively assess and respond to risk of harm for all affected victim survivors.
Requirements:- Formal graduate qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with families affected by domestic and family violence.
- Strong understanding of MBC practice, trauma-informed care principles, and the dynamics of domestic and family violence.
- Group facilitation skills, particularly in men's behaviour change programs.
