As the Strategic Planning Lead, you will be responsible for establishing, embedding, and facilitating an integrated corporate planning and performance framework. This will involve developing and implementing strategies that drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate qualification in business administration, law, human resources, or a related discipline.
  • Significant experience in integrated corporate planning, strategy, and performance.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of integrated strategy, planning, and performance practices.
  • Strong communication, consultative, interpersonal, and negotiating skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with executive leadership teams and management teams strategically and operationally.
  • Initiative and ability to manage time and workload effectively.
  • High levels of personal integrity and ethics in contemporary management practices.
  • Advanced skills in business-related software.
