Job Title: Team Lead

With a focus on operational performance, you will be responsible for contributing to the organisation's strategic direction, improving services, and meeting financial expectations and quality standards.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with experience in a similar position. You will oversee and manage the operations of Health and NDIS Services, advise on, and drive strategic direction through operational initiatives. Additionally, you will establish and maintain strong relationships with relevant senior clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate as a member of the Executive Management Team in identifying and leading the implementation of business strategies and activities
  • Oversee and manage the operations of Health and NDIS Services, advise on, and drive strategic direction through operational initiatives
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with relevant senior clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure that all Health and NDIS staff are working within the requirements of the business plans, and within Australian and State Government and any governing body requirements
  • Lead and ensure the successful operation of Health and NDIS Services
