The Loan Processing Specialist is a vital role responsible for providing a seamless home loan experience for clients.

Working closely with mortgage professionals, the Specialist will manage the back-end of the home loan process while guiding clients from application to settlement.

  • Understand and manage the end-to-end process for home loan applications, ensuring all necessary documents are complete and accurate.
  • Prepare credit submissions for new home loan applications, adhering to risk and compliance frameworks.
  • Provide exceptional service throughout the client journey, ensuring timely and efficient processing of loan applications.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in the mortgage lending industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage home loan applications from initial submission to final approval.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan applications and supporting documents.
  • Prepare and submit credit reports for loan applications.
  • Collaborate with mortgage professionals and other stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Banking or finance, preferably as a Lending Associate/Lending Support Officer/Loan Writer.
  • Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or similar qualification).
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
