Gardening and Grounds Team Coordinator

This position is responsible for leading a team of employees in gardening and grounds work for commercial contracts. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as experience working with people with disabilities.
- Supervise and work with supported employees in gardening and grounds work.
- Support employees in learning and developing skills that enable them to pursue their goals and aspirations.
- Ensure safe work practices, including the operation of equipment.
- Maintain records on attendance, job sheets, and machine maintenance.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A strong attitude towards supporting individuals living with disabilities.
- An ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve their potential.
- Happiness to work in an outdoor environment performing physical tasks.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for providing guidance and motivation to team members.
- Sound knowledge of health and safety best practices.
- A current driver's license is required.
