Job Title: Leadership Role in Horticultural Services

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of Property Care Supervisor.

The successful candidate will lead a team of supported employees in gardening and grounds work for commercial contracts, including mowing, pruning, weeding, whipper snipping, planting, and leaf blowing.

Key responsibilities include supervising and supporting employees, ensuring safe work practices, maintaining records, and developing skills that enable employees to pursue their goals and aspirations.

Required qualifications include a strong work ethic, self-motivation, excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing guidance and motivation.

Preferred qualifications include current Western Australian licence, handy with tools, and horticulture, landscaping, gardening, or trade background.
