
Grounds Maintenance Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to provide expert gardening and facility management services, ensuring a safe and clean environment for the school community.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and present the school grounds and gardens in an attractive, well-manicured condition.
- Ensure optimal growing conditions for both soft and hard landscaping, including turf maintenance.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Monitor and maintain reticulation systems and secure access points as required.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
