Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $85,380.74 - $104,551.89 per annum, depending on experience, plus superannuation and salary packaging options. Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our team in Endeavour Hills or Narre Warren. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide best practice, evidence-based speech pathology services to children with disabilities, helping them achieve their goals and live the life they choose.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering therapy sessions in various settings, including homes, educational institutions, and community centres.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Psychologists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Providing indirect client services and family coordination to support clients' goals and needs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology or a related field.
- Membership of Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with people with disabilities, motivate them, and build their capacity.
- Experience working within a transdisciplinary/multidisciplinary team model.
- A willingness to travel across southern suburbs as required.
