Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our team in Endeavour Hills or Narre Warren. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide best practice, evidence-based speech pathology services to children with disabilities, helping them achieve their goals and live the life they choose.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering therapy sessions in various settings, including homes, educational institutions, and community centres.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Psychologists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Providing indirect client services and family coordination to support clients' goals and needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology or a related field.
  • Membership of Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with people with disabilities, motivate them, and build their capacity.
  • Experience working within a transdisciplinary/multidisciplinary team model.
  • A willingness to travel across southern suburbs as required.
