Paediatric Speech Pathologist Opportunity for Flexible Work

Are you an experienced Speech Pathologist seeking a fulfilling role with a disability service provider?
We have a vacancy for a passionate, positive relationship builder to join our team as a permanent, full-time or part-time Paediatric Speech Pathologist.
About the RoleThis rewarding position will provide best practice, evidence-based speech pathology services across the scope of practice to children with a disability to achieve their goals and live the life they choose.
Your working days may involve delivering therapy in people's homes, educational settings, or in the community, aimed at maximising a person's functional skills and participation, promoting physical health and wellbeing, communication skills, mealtime safety, and overall health and wellbeing.
You'll work part of an interdisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Psychologists, providing indirect client service/family coordination to support client goals.

- The opportunity to build on your clinical practice, including self-reflection and developing clinical skills in areas you're not familiar with

- Competency in various IT platforms, particularly client management systems
- Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- An Australian driver's licence and own vehicle, with a willingness to travel across southern suburbs as required
We offer a competitive salary of $82,894.01 - $101,506.63 (dependent on experience) + superannuation and salary packaging, plus excellent formal and informal professional development opportunities, including paid study leave and generous paid leave entitlements.
