Paediatric Speech Pathologist

We are seeking a skilled Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Roxburgh Park, VIC. This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional care to NDIS participants and their families.
About the RoleThis role involves working as part of a dynamic team to deliver community-based speech pathology services. You will be responsible for assessing participant needs, designing therapy plans, and advocating on their behalf. As a Speech Pathologist with HealthcareLink, you will have the opportunity to work with clients presenting with a range of conditions, including neurological conditions, ASD, psychosocial, and more.
- Assess participant needs and develop individualised therapy plans
- Provide speech pathology services to participants in their homes or community settings
- Liaise with support coordinators, local area coordinators, and families to ensure seamless care delivery
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A current Working With Children Check
- Experience with paediatric Speech Pathology (desirable)
- Valid Australian working rights
- Certified Practising Speech Pathologist status
- Vaccination in line with government mandates
- A car and valid driver's license

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at $85,000 - $110,000 + superannuation and travel reimbursement, depending on experience and qualifications.
