  • First point of contact for the branch via incoming calls & trade counter
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Support external sales teams and management
  • Processing orders, handling enquiries, and providing quotes
  • General branch support/admin/ad-hoc duties
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience in a Customer Service/Internal Sales position

A genuine interest towards technology/electronics desirable

Previous experience in Electronic Security or Electrical Wholesale highly desirable

Ability to form strong and lasting relationships with clients and customers

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Proficient using Microsoft Office suite
