Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising the maintenance team, contractors, and external trades.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage site maintenance schedules and preventative programs.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS regulations, aged care standards, and organisational policies.
  • Monitor maintenance budgets and contribute to strategic planning for capital works and asset upgrades.

Job Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Leadership skills: Ability to lead and supervise a team of maintenance staff.
  • Communication skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organisational skills: Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Technical skills: Familiarity with WHS regulations and aged care standards.
