This role plays a pivotal part in our National Operations team, responsible for managing vacancies and employee schedules across a designated portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce management, with proficiency in using rostering software.

You will work closely with stakeholders, ensuring operational compliance and maintaining service levels while minimizing costs.

This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign rosters efficiently to meet company guidelines and maintain service standards.
  • Resolve staffing issues, including shift swaps, overtime requests, and absences.
  • Ensure rosters comply with company policies and relevant industrial instruments.
  • Process payroll accurately to minimize errors.

About You:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce management.
  • Proven ability to use rostering software effectively.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced service industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • A team player with autonomy when needed.
