Dnata Airport Services Australia is a leading provider of ground handling services to airlines and airport operators across the continent.

We are seeking an experienced Rostering Operations Specialist to join our Sydney Passenger Services Operation team.

This role requires close collaboration with the Passenger Service Manager and Service Delivery Manager to ensure accurate manpower allocation on shift.

A day in this role includes:

  • Accurately determining aircraft loads and creating rosters/worksheets in accordance with airline SLAs.
  • Managing annual leave requests and allocating rostering patterns.
  • Actioning and updating all schedule changes.
  • Preparing detailed worksheets for the SDS to use on shift.
  • Undertaking training and working with new systems implemented into the business.
  • Proactively managing staff allocation for training.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to relevant government and statutory requirements.

The successful candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, self-management skills, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

Salary: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
