Job Overview

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our rostering team as part of the Sydney Passenger Services Operation. You will work closely with the Passenger Service Manager and Service Delivery Manager to ensure the correct manpower is provided on shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Producing rosters/worksheets according to airlines SLAs.
  • Processing annual leave requests.
  • Allocating rostering patterns and creating new roster patterns in accordance with EBA conditions.
  • Actioning and updating all schedule changes.
  • Preparing accurately completed worksheets for the SDS to use on shift.
Skill Requirements
  • An understanding of EBA and labour compliance, including relevant government and statutory requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to ensure compliance and budgetary obligations are clearly articulated.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and develop your skills in rostering and scheduling.
