Job Title: Rostering Clerk

This role is part of our Sydney Passenger Services Operation team and works closely with the Passenger Service Manager and Service Delivery Manager to ensure correct manpower allocation on shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine aircraft loads and produce rosters/workheets according to airlines SLAs.
  • Process annual leave requests and allocate rostering patterns in accordance with EBA conditions.
  • Action and update all schedule changes.
  • Prepare accurately completed worksheets for SDS use on shift.
  • Manage staff allocation for training and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements:
  • Attention to detail, self-management, and adaptability under time pressure.
  • A strong understanding of EBA and labour compliance, including relevant government and statutory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum
