Job Role: Procurement Coordinator

Our organization seeks a highly organized and detail-focused individual to fill the role of Procurement Coordinator. This position plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth tender processes from start to finish.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring tender portals, identifying expressions of interest (EOI's) and requests for tender (RFT's), and sharing relevant information with the team.
  • They will also be responsible for setting up and maintaining project and client records in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • An additional responsibility will be creating and managing SharePoint folders, access, and documentation.
  • Work closely with the team to coordinate updates to confidentiality deeds, bid programs, budgets, and organizational charts.
  • Manage version control of client documents, ensuring that all updates are tracked and shared with the team in a timely manner.
  • Manage tender communications, including requests for information (RFI's), and coordinate responses from the team.
  • Schedule and organize tender review meetings, prepare supporting packs, and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Assist in coordinating debriefs following unsuccessful tenders to support continuous improvement initiatives.
